Ethics as a capital

Co-workers of our company participated in the Master class of the expert Tom Rawlins, SKOLKOVO business school leadership. The theme of the meeting was "Ethics as a capital". 

The internal culture of companies has an impact on the efficiency of employees and the final results of the business. However, many companies do not pay attention to corporate ethics, which does not reach the highest potential in conclusion.

The master class discussed how ethics is formed, and what role does the manager play in this case? Why is it important that employees share the ideology of the company? How decisions, made by the leader affect the team and its effectiveness. 

“Business Platform’s” co-workers took an active part in game cases and discussions. The attending this event also gave an opportunity for new acquaintances with authors of ideas and investors.
