We have developed a technology for the synthesis of titanium carboxynitride, which is an abrasive material harder than diamond. The essence of the technology is mechanical alloying in mechanical activation in high-energy shredder, heat treatment and sieving into fractions by grain size.

The equipment is specially designed and manufactured in Russia. In carbides, nitrides and oxides are used as raw materials. Consumption per 1 kg production of 2 kg of raw materials. Now we are solving the issue of manufacturing experimental-industrial batch of powder material to consumers.

The hardness of the material on the Mohs scale is 10, 5, and diamond – 10. The need for in the first year after the start of production, it is expected to produce 4 tons (20 million tons carats) with subsequent growth up to 12 tons / year.
