Thanks to the creation of a manufacturing complex on a private industrial site in HHHHHHHHHHHHHH the Istra district of the Moscow region and application in the production of modern technologies and equipment, JSC MK "XXXXXXXX" for the first time in Russia received high quality reinforcement bars of the classes A400, A500C, in a range of sizes from 6mm to 16 mm in effective Bay precision layer winding weight from 1.5 to 3 tons of European format with complete properties on weldability and corrosion resistance.

The fittings in this class used in various operational conditions in open and closed designs with various level of heating. B500C reinforcement can withstand heavy loads.

Reinforcement class B500C products are manufactured in compliance with GOST standards and are distinguished by the visible benefits – these products have higher anerousis properties, a high level of durability, moreover, they can be supplied in rolls, which minimizes the amount of waste during the manufacture of the goods– all the methods used recognized as environmentally safe.

WIRE GOST 6727-80 BP-1

Steel wire is an essential element of building and industrial production. Wire – the Foundation of steel bars, wire products, electrical wires. Wire springs are produced, drill bits and wires. The company offers high-quality galvanized steel wire in coils. Wire GOST 6727-80 BP-1 is a material produced for the reinforcement of structures of reinforced concrete (reinforced concrete structures). According to the standards, the depth of the scratch in a wire is allowed equal to not more than half of the limit deviations of the diameter. Wire VR-1 is produced in coils of various sizes.

ENTERPRISE SERVICES

Unwinding and cutting of rebar

The company offers its customers the actual service roll-out and cutting Burtovoy rebar and wire rod with a diameter of from 6 to 14 mm in bars with length from 1 to 12 meters. For unreeling the company uses are manufactured by the Italian company VITARI Russia's only right-off machine with flying speed guillotine with a capacity of 60 tons per day.

Storage

The company offers storage and processing of the free area with railway tracks (simultaneous reception of 10 cars), hoisting equipment (bridge cranes with capacity up to 10 tons) for the receipt, storage, and shipment of metal of any items or other goods.

-Building workshop area of 12,000 sq. m. (in property). Ceiling height 9 m to 12 M.

2.2. Land plot of 2, 2 hectares (owned).

2.3. Transfer device:

— Electrical substation (2, 5 megawatts). Direct contract with MOESK. Category input first.

— Boiler room.

5. PRODUCTION POLICY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Leading position in its sector, the company plans to take the strategy of obtaining to produce the product of those performance properties that are in demand but not available today, domestic builders, which provides, in the end, the high competitiveness and economic efficiency of such products.

Moreover, the realization of demand in the present time, but not currently implemented domestic manufacturers properties of rebars and ready-to-use products, provided by not applicable and long time, and once simultaneously with the possibility of delivery "from one of the gates," i.e. of one company.

The production task of the enterprise is to improve butovogo hot rolled long products produced by domestic steel companies as raw materials. For use in the manufacture of safe and effective domestic concrete, such production eliminates existing gaps and gaps inherent in the domestic industry and provides the opportunity to produce products with a high degree of readiness to use and fully meets the existing European complex of operational properties and format of delivery.
