Island KUCHKA (Kuhkaa) is located in Lahdenpohja region of the Republic of Karelia:

— 170 km from St. Petersburg;

— 40 km from the future of the Multilateral automobile checkpoint (MAPP) Suvaoro-Kolmikanta on the border with Finland;

— 18 km from the town of Lahdenpohja;

— 30 metres from the mainland and 30 km from the island of VALAAM;

— near objects AKB "Russia" in Kortela and "Dacha vintera".
