Business description

1.Location and natural features: Astrakhan oblast, Volodarsky district, village of Zelenga (Makove), 14, 5 km South in Malobalykskoe Bank. The nearest settlement is the village of Zelenga. N 46*05'619" E 48*46'168" – coordinates of the car Park located in the last "dry" point on the way to the base.

The base is in the area of the Caspian peals, famous for its scenic views and rich booty. It is here that the focus of all the riches of the Caspian sea is a great place for fishing and hunting, and just relaxing.

The base is located on eight Islands. Total area – 14Га.

2. Communication.

3. Description of the Islands and buildings.

The Islands are interconnected by a system of suspended bridges.

· Main island: 3 2-storey cottage. PL. 98 sqm, consist of 2 double rooms on the second floor and a living room with fireplace(1st floor), a San.node. The cottages can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a bath on firewood. Also on the island is diesel consisting of 1 room. This island has a landing stage (floating restaurant) designed for 24 people, kitchen equipped with all necessary equipment.

· Hunting island is located opposite the main and connected by a suspension bridge. There are 7 double storey houses made of logs with private facilities (in process). The house consists of 2 rooms (in the pipeline). On the same island is a beach covered with imported sand. There is an unfinished restaurant (lighthouse). The total area of the 2 Islands is 4, 31 GA.

Island No. 3 is a two-storey building: on the ground floor, six 4-bed rooms, Laundry, kitchen; on the second floor — 2 double rooms. All rooms with private facilities. On the same island there is the brine the plant to 30,000 units of fish, a plant cold-smoked fish.
4. Equipment assets:

· There is a Yurt — one of them floating with the motor (Yamaha 40). There are 2 loading dock able to accommodate up to 8 people(4 double rooms). At each landing stage has a kitchen and all the amenities.
· Fleet consists of 10 boats, in working condition Kazanka motor Yamaha 40, and culasi - 30 ka, 25 ka, 15 ka, 9, 9( Yamaha motors). There is also a large boat for 6 people motor mercury 125, etc.
