Without taking into account the current and planned contracts, at the moment, the investor receives:

1. The current contract for 3 years (2019-2021 gg) at 59 million RUB from direct cost under the contract is 25 million rubles. with the margins of over 45%. The division performing the contract formed and able to carry out the work with minimal supervision from the Director/owner.
2. Receivables on current contracts 11 million RUB (unconditional) + simple $ 13 million (to be ProSuite).
3. License for conducting works using information constituting a state secret of FSB of 3 million rubles (estimated value).
4. License of the Ministry of Industry and trade of the Russian Federation for the repair, maintenance and installation of weapons and military equipment CDCJ (2 production sites) with the possibility of extension 5 mln (estimated value).

1. Description of the organization:

Ship-repair company "the Union "Arctic" more than 20 years of experience in the field of diagnostics, installation, modernization, major repair of boiler equipment, lifting devices and equipment ship and marine purpose, ships of the Northern, Baltic, Pacific, black sea fleet and the Caspian flotilla, as well as coastal military units.

MTPS, OOO Arktika" is equipped with modern instruments, devices and equipment for repair of various degrees of complexity, qualified staff of experts. Specializiruetsya at work with the enterprises of the military-industrial complex (MIC): JSC "CA "Asterisk", branch "35 SRH", "10 SRZ", "82 SRZ", "Nerpa shipyard", "shipyard 33", "5 shipyard", JSC "PSZ" Yantar", JSC "Makeyev grts", OA "Corporation "SPU-CDB TM", OA "Corporation "Rosobschemash".

The volume of the state defense order over the past 5 years: 2012-2014 – 50 million rubles, 2015 – 77 million rubles, in 2016 – 69 million rubles, 2017 – 153 million.

— license for conducting works using information constituting state secrets №0091576 reg.№1490 from 05.12.2018, issued by the Office of the Federal security service of the Russian Federation at the MO with a term 26.09.2019 G. G.;

— the certificate of conformity of the enterprise for repair of items of technical supervision No. 15.00359.150: systems and piping, lifting devices, boilers, heat exchangers and pressure vessels issued by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping with the term 23.04.2015-23.04.2020 G. G.;

— license of the Ministry of Industry and trade of the Russian Federation from 01 Dec 2014 for the repair, maintenance and installation of weapons and military equipment for the following types of military products:

1)special lifting equipment, special vehicles for operation and maintenance of guided missiles (CDCJ 1450);

2)repair, marine railway docks (CDCJ 1950);

3)the ship's spires, lifting and lowering devices (elevators, lifts) (CDCJ 2030);

4)storage tanks under pressure and in vacuum (ETUC 5430);

5)diesel engines and their component parts (CDCJ 2815);

6)marine boilers (CDCJ 4410).

MTPS, OOO Arktika" accredited Military representative of the defense Ministry 5595, Snezhnogorsk. Narrow specialization allows the company to optimize overhead costs, maintaining this indicator below the level of similar enterprises.

At the disposal of MTPS, OOO Arctic" has production sites in the Murmansk, Sevastopol (a structural unit of MTPS, OOO Arctic"), which allows to date, flexibly and efficiently deliver the production plan for the Northern and black sea fleet without experiencing shortage of working specialties.

1. Competitive advantage.

Due to the maximum load of the main enterprises included in the JSC "United shipbuilding Corporation" (Branch "35 SRH", "10 SRZ", "82 SRZ", "SRZ Nerpa", JSC "Center of ship repair Zvezdochka") in the period 2018-2021. in the framework of the execution of the state contract on repair and modernization of aircraft carrier "Admiral Kuznetsov", the work on the other ships and vessels of the Northern Fleet to be transferred to a third party co-executors of the state defense order and location of the bid site AST GOZ. In 2018, our company performed repeatedly on similar procurement processes as the sole provider.
