Investment company, which is a structural subdivision of the Charity Fund "KIROVCHANIN", has the ability to assist in attracting investments to your project on attractive terms.

To be considered projects for both existing businesses and projects involving the creation of new businesses.

Priority consideration is given to projects whose implementation involves the construction of housing, reconstruction or creation of new machine-building plants, processing agricultural products, construction of sewage treatment plants.

The total amount of investment costs of the Project should be not less than 2 million Euros.

When considering projects in the amount of 10 million Euros, a prerequisite is the applicant's own capital in the amount of 1 million Euros, or the presence of co-investor (company, Bank) that have the same sum.

When considering projects worth 50 million Euros, a prerequisite is the applicant's own capital in the amount of 5 million Euros or the presence of co-investor (company, Bank) that have the same sum.

Investment conditions:

1. The minimum term of investment is 10 — 15 years;

2. The interest rate to 5% per annum;

3. Grace period repayment of loan interest and the loan-3 years.

Secured return of investments will be acquired within the Project property or shares of the company that implements this Project.
