Group of investors considering projects in various fields. Investment options — or entry into the capital of the company via the share/shares posleduyushim distribution of dividends or sale of the appreciated shares, or through a loan (including convertible).

Project stages included are any (pre-sowing, sowing, and subsequent rounds).

Preference to projects with:

— MVP or already established sales. In the absence of MVP — quality and reasonable marketing research to forecast demand, revenues and cash flow;

— Documentary evidence of performance (e.g., when investing in existing projects) and understandable legal model;

— Formed ideological team with competencies in the declared field of business;

— IRR of more than 30%;

— Reasonable forecast of cash flow (cash-flow) and business plan (or investment Memorandum).
