PROJECT: construction of the advanced oil refinery plant in Orel city, Russian Federation, which will fit with international standards and will use the newest technologies for oil refinery.

A key feature of the project is the relatively high depth of oil refining. Due to this indicator, it is possible to significantly reduce the cost of raw materials.

In January 2018 the company “Ruis” LLC was registered to implement the project.

MAIN STAGES OF REFINERY TECHNOLOGY

At the input, oil is desulfurized, it is divided on the primary column into gasoline fraction and fuel oil

Gasoline fraction is sent to the mixing unit and mixed in the flow with non-exfoliated additive

Ready-made gasoline and diesel fuel are sent to the commodity park for sale

Fuel oil is sent to pyrolysis and processed into diesel fuel

All preliminary contracts for the supply of equipment, for the sale of finished products are concluded;

There are arrangements for obtaining a long-term lease of an area of 15 000 sq.m. with all necessary infrastructure for project implementation;

Return of investment is expected in the form of monthly payments for a period of 3 years at 22%;

- from 1978 to 1992 he worked as a master, senior master, and then as head of an oil refinery. Under his leadership, an oil refinery G 47/102 with a capacity of 12 million tons of processing a year was installed and launched at the Grozny Oil Refinery named after V.I. Lenin

- since 1992 he was the director of above ORP

- from 1999 to 2010, he was in charge of a company that built a tank farm with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters by order of the Gazprom subsidiary, a methanol base with a volume of 5,000 cubic meters, oil depots in the polar field of 72,000 cubic meters
