Production of stone paper and its derivative products

Stone paper looks same like ordinary paper.

The main materials of the stone paper are calcite, marble, limestone, CaCO3 and polymer material, that’s why the production of the stone paper is extremely perspective industry in its production by achieving the lower cost price if compare with cellulose production of the paper.

Its implementation areas are limitless, and it shall take deservedly its place on the market. This technology of production of stone paper allows creating the modular production with programmed capacities for the satisfaction of Russian market demands with regards to this type of products and its derivative products; with regards to sale of other types of items made of stone paper, whose assortment is limitless and its demands will increase year by year. It is not required to cut trees to produce this stone paper; no need to have wood cellulose, water, bleacher, acid or other concentrated alkaline agents and etc.

The production of stone paper totally corresponds to ecological requirements. Except good water resistance, it has other advantages of preserving the goods against moth and other depredators; it is moisture resistant; resistant to abrasion; heat resistant (shall not undergo deformation under 1000 С)

Derivative products of the stone paper can be used for many types of printed products, such as wallpapers, photo wallpaper, magazines, catalogues, business cards, playing cards, advertising brochures, covers and so on. Unlimited opportunities will be provided in craft packing.

For this project implementation there was purchased the industrial site for construction of new plant. Within easy reach, there is dolomite deposit only with confirmed reservoir of dolomite in the amount of 5 mln. tons, clay sand of different clay kinds in the amount of 2 mln. tons within the area of 61 ha. Additional exploration is required for this reservoir, within the radius of 10 km, thus allowing providing the raw materials for decades, within the framework of integrated development of this reservoir.

Within the production area of 14.5 ha, there will be production capacities for stone paper, namely brickmaking plant with vibratory compaction lines, producing wide range of sand and concrete items for industrial exploitation of by – products such as clay, clay sand; in the production of sandy –cement, ceramic, clinker bricks, related products made of clay and non-metallic materials existing within this deposit.

The attracted funds will be directed for the construction of infrastructure, production capacities, purchase of the equipment and automated lines, mine machinery, motor vehicles, railway branch rehabilitation, purchase of licenses for Mining and quarrying of non-metallic materials.

This plant shall be constructed from the very beginning, that’s why huge investments are required, each new started up line reaches the cost recovery after 6-12 months, full return of the investments with regard to different lines is 36-60 months.
