Project is included into the list of prioritized investment project of the Amur region (information on the website of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Amur region), included into Federal Targeted Programme “The development of domestic and inbound tourism in 2013-2018”. At current day, the design and construction documentation is developed, the primary objects construction permissions are obtained, the construction of first phase objects (shopping arcade) is ongoing.
