It is proposed the organization of an integrated entertainment center, which includes in its structure the following divisions:

nightclub, karaoke bar, small and large Banquet hall, sauna, active recreation area(Billiards and ping-pong), bowling, a sports bar and children's Playground.

The purpose of organization of this business:

o obtaining financial gain;

o the provision of leisure of the population;

o the development of bowling as a sport, as entertainment and as a business in the city of Snezhinsk;

o the concentration of the complex of entertainment services in one place;

o diversity of services, the possibility of involvement of the broadest layers of the population, including the organization of family rest;

Tasks:

§ the occupation of the market share (for main areas to 100%).

§ reduction of the payback period of the project;

§ increase net income.

Strengths and weaknesses of the business

Factors positively influencing the activity of the enterprise:

· the city schools provides services for the bowling, no night club, no kakraoke bar, and especially not a single entertainment center with a full range of all services, which leads to a lack of competition in this business and the low entry barriers to the market;

· bowling is a public game, because it does not impose restrictions on the age and gender of visitors and does not require special physical training;

· Prime location (no in the immediate vicinity of the sleeping areas) and therefore the absence of any restrictions on hours of work;

· simplicity and speed of business organization due to the lack of the production process, which ensures a quick turnover of funds; the possibility of business expansion;

· average prices on the market, provided high quality services, low;

· operating costs, i.e. significant expenditure is required only at the stage of creating the entertainment center, after starting work, they are reduced to a minimum.

Factors adversely affecting the operations of the enterprise:

· high cost of equipment and its transportation, when buying or replacing;

· a high cost of services;

· small population;

· lack of awareness of potential customers (weak advertising base).
