Description of the project and business

The purpose of the project

Organization of production of affordable and mobile MUROS installations for the processing of liquid waste products: distillery stillage, spent grains, waste, complexes of cattle, pig waste, poultry waste, human waste, etc., with the aim of obtaining the output from the unit cleaned prior to the stated customer water quality and organic fertilizer.

Settings allow you to fully process the biological wastes in the wastewater, organic fertilizer and water, corresponding to GOST 24481-80 or standards for water discharged into the drains. Water can be purified to drinking water quality.

With the device according to reutilization of wastewater with a capacity of 168 cubic meters per day, with only one setup, we solve the environmental problems typical of the enterprise or municipal treatment plants for disposal of sewage. The increase in equipment performance, and quality of water purification is through the installation of additional nodes install.

Mobile installation reutilization and wastewater treatment (MUROS) is done in the container version of outdoor type.It is planned to begin production of additional modifications to the installation MUROS is used for purification of water to potable quality for supply to its population or in the recycling of production;-elimination of consequences of disasters: providing a mass congestion of people drinking water and clean water (mobile units);-provide sewage treatment plants for remote enterprises and communities.

Required volume of investments

For the development and production of a sample installation for the purification of water requires investments in the amount of 30 million rubles.To finalize the installation for production of commodity organic fertilizers requires investments in the amount of 30 million rubles.Funding for serial production is consistent with the investor separately.

Offer to share with the investor the right to intellectual property and profit from the production and sales units 50/50.Due to the fact that there is high interest in these plants among foreign buyers, we are ready to cooperate, including with foreign investors, but without excessive red tape.
