Brief description of the business project:

In a large city installs semi-industrialized production line. The average capacity of which is 2,000 doughnuts per hour. At the location of the lines possible to the leased premises provides a shop with the ability to view the process of cooking doughnuts(through the glass fence) If desired, the customer can order the finished product right from the Assembly line. But it is only a small portion of customers –about 10%. Another 15% -20 % of clients accumulates through delivery in boxes: at work, at home, in business centers, etc. the Remaining 70% of products are delivered to the machines in gas stations, schools, institutions.

The location of the plant.

The proposed business project provides for organization of production of the doughnuts with a capacity of 600 000 doughnuts a month. The enterprise will be located in St. Petersburg. Under production will be allocated production, storage and office premises with total area of 250-300 square meters Production area will be equipped with necessary set of basic, auxiliary and household premises.

In may 2013 the project proponent has conducted an experiment which consisted in the following:

With the company "KIRISHIAVTOSERVIS" (network of bisoprolol) has concluded an agreement on placement of the trial batch production at one of their stations. The project proponent purchased donuts from "Bench Coating" 10 large boxes (12pcs donuts) and 15 small(6pcs donuts). At 9 a.m. the product was on display, and after 8 hours of stress — 8 hours, all products were sold. The next day I sent a commercial offer for conveying the doughnuts in 18 stations. Prices were the same as proposed in this project.

Also, there are outputs on the supply of doughnuts at gas stations "PTK", "LUKOIL" and in one major state University.

The adverse scenario of development of this project: achieving 40 % of planned production capacity within 24 months after the launch, with a net profit of 600 000 rubles per month.
