iGuard: the IT solution for the control of guards and optimize chop

iGuard is a cloud — based service for monitoring and quality control of security services, allowing to optimize all internal processes and communication channels security organization. Control guards using wi-fi geolocation, online reporting objectives, video reports and periodic validation of security guards is now available from any device with Internet access.

Mobile terminal for a security guard is an Android smartphone with downloaded app iGuard. Usually, the guards use the radio or a simple mobile phone. All communications(tasks, orders, instructions, reports) are made only by voice, never recorded and not recorded. Our platform significantly expands the possibilities by allowing you to log all operations, adds additional features:

* Receiving tasks from the head of security online

The web control panel is our head of security and duty unit is the main control panel, accessible anywhere where there is Internet, does not require installation. Currently, security chiefs and there are practically no instruments of control and communication, except telephone and personal presence at the facility. Duty part, as well, in the best case, have the opportunity to see some objects through an expensive video surveillance system, but do not have the possibility to give tasks, to transmit urgent documents, orientation online. Access to our service to the web dashboard is done via any browser. Allows from a single screen to see, control, manage and use all the functionality:

iOS app for client's security company is a mobile application that allows customer of security services to always be aware of what is happening at the facility:

● Information on the project: a list of posts; the guards, who took on every post

● View current location of guards at the facility online

● Feedback to the head of security, management security organization (suggestions, comments)

● View videomobile shot by security personnel at the facility and video surveillance

● Comprehensive assessment of the security of the organization for a certain period

Currently there are no tools that allow customers of security services so firmly and quickly interact with a security organization. This functionality allows to establish a transparent, trusting relationship with the customer security services to respond quickly to emerging risks, strengthen loyalty and competitiveness.
