Project description

PROJECT –focused, initially, on the system increase the adoption of developments from several research institutes and companies with the aim of obtaining the project participants of profit and to guarantee stability.

Based on the creation of a network of independent, economically dependent on each other repair and construction firms under a common brand SUIR (Specialized control and isolation works) in the industrial regions of Tatarstan, with further expansion of the project participants from the adjoining Tatarstan territories, not excluding others who wish to take part of the company in the territories of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

The basic, unifying participants in a voluntary community criteria

relations are:

1.The presence in the constituent documents, letterheads, electr. addresses, websites, etc. the same brand names" SUIR-....".

In the first stage activities :

1.The creation and establishment of a network SUIR ( human and material resources, the acquisition of experience, the operating time of the image).

2.Gaining experience and expanding the range of work performed under the contracts.

3.The involvement of existing, relevant to community activities, organizations (for energy audit, scientific research, personnel training, financial institutions, etc.).

In the second phase of activities :

1.The extension was created SUIR: territorial structures, a range of applicable technologies and types of insulation from other manufacturers.

2.The creation of a single unifying structure, for example, a cross-regional group of companies ( possibly inviting other firms specializing in performing insulation work) aimed to coordinate and combine efforts to capture and hold the market of services in the execution of insulation work.

In the third phase activities :.

Organization of the marketing system presentation, participation in auction, the creation of financial-credit support, legal and licensing mechanisms.

The program is approved by meeting of founders, which began activity. Revision and updating of the program is the meeting of the SUIR, as necessary.

Profile of candidates for participation in the project shall be sent after receipt of the application.
