Construction of a brick factory in Issinsky district of the Penza region.

  — attract investment capital to open a brick factory (investments in production),

  — economic feasibility study of opening a brick-making factory

  — developing a phased plan for the establishment and operation of a brick factory.

  The planned capacity of the plant is 40 million pieces of bricks a year.

  Terms and stages of project implementation, the site Preparation, plant construction, the technological connection to the engineering networks, installation of equipment and preparation for manufacturing is expected to produce within 24 months from the project start date. The calculations are based on forecast of the financial business model drawn up for the next 10 years.

• Total project cost 1, 470 billion rubles (21 000 000 Euro).

  Description of the project and product.

  Today, Penza oblast, Mordovia, Ulyanovsk oblast acute shortage of facing ceramic brick. Nearby factories in p. Uzhivka (Nizhny Novgorod region), Saransk (Republic of Mordovia) do not provide a third needs. The bricks are imported to these areas in large volumes of Ryazan, Volgograd, Bryansk, Tula, Stary Oskol, which affects the price of a brick. Along with this, on the territory of Penza region there are a number of deposits of clay allowing facing, private brick grade M-150 and higher, frost resistance F-50 and above. In this case, considered careers in Issinsky district of the Penza region. According to the geological survey of stocks of raw materials, the production of 40 million ceramic bricks, enough for more than 150 years. Moreover from raw materials Issinsky field possible the production of colored bricks. This is important because colored brick has high demand. Preliminary tests were conducted. The obtained samples had a high technological characteristics.

  Our initiative group has received guarantees from the government of the Penza region on the development of these reserves in the Issinsky area.

  The administration of the Issinsky district documented allocated for construction of the plant 20 Hectares of land in an industrial area with availability of communications (gas pipe high-pressure line electrical transmission, bore for water intake). Also allocated a plot size of 20 Hectares in the quarry for the extraction of brick clay.
