The production of bricks by dry pressing

Project description

A business project is an open plant on production of ceramic brick by the method of semi-dry molding in Kazan, Tatarstan.

Currently the company is involved in trading construction materials and, in particular, the brick, the Volume of sales in year 8-9 million pieces of bricks.

The main objectives of the project:

• construction of modern plant for production of ceramic bricks with the capacity of 15 million bricks per year to meet the necessary environmental requirements, equipped with modern equipment with high production automation.

• the designed capacity by 2016.

• achieving market shares of production of ceramic bricks in the Republic of Tatarstan at the level of 2%, according to naberezhnochelninskaya agglomeration at the 5% level.

The main stages of the project (counting of stages is conducted from the moment of receiving the funding):

1. 1st month – the negotiation and conclusion of agreements of intent for the supply of the main technological raw materials (clay), work on the examination of raw materials;

2. from the 1st to the 3rd months — selection and purchase of land for construction of the plant, design of premises, design of initial permissive documentation and technological conditions for connection of engineering networks and communications, selection of contractor and conclusion of contract. The conclusion of the contract for the manufacture of equipment, payment of advance payment;

3. from 3rd to 10th months construction and installation works on erection of buildings of the plant, summing up the necessary communications, manufacturing and delivery of equipment;

4. from 11-th to 15-th months– carrying out of works on installation of equipment and construction of the furnace. The conduct of commissioning works and organizing production of the first batches of the finished product.

5. 16th month — start of the plant in operation.

Prerequisite for the successful implementation of the project:

1. The presence of the initiator of the project-established client base in the amount of more than 60% of the annual capacity of the plant, as well as five years experience in sales of building materials;

2. The use of cost-effective technologies to reduce the sales price, without prejudice to the profitability of the plant;

3. The existence of stable demand for bricks selected region the construction of the plant;

4. Low economic risks of the project:

• the profitability of the project is achieved in the production of 6 million bricks a year, or when you boot about 40% of the design capacity of the plant;

• the analysis of the project sensitivity to the most probable risks indicates high financial stability of the project. Even at lower prices by 23%, sales volumes up 34%, or with the growth of production costs up to 30% of the project will remain effective.
