The global system of public power "Politics Online" platform control the political process via the Internet for citizens all over the world. "Politics Online" change the political reality and improving the democratic process, allowing everyone with Internet access to influence the government at the local, regional, Federal and international levels. Website system available at the Internet address: Politics-online.net, Politics-online.org. The system is still under development, but some functionality is already available to users.

"Politics Online" platform, which consists of two unique components to the exercise of political activity Online political Cabinet and the database of all the authorities and officials of all levels all over the world.

Political Cabinet consists of a page of the main profile and personal pages in each section in sections "Blogs", "Initiatives", "Polls", "Groups", "Events", "Video". By signing up once, users can fully carry out their activities in each section.

In the section "Polls" , users can conduct public opinion surveys (Polls or referendums) in any specific area of the world and in any given period of time with the ability to delay the start of voting.

In the section "Events" users will be able to organize public events to raise funds for their conduct.

In section "Video" users can publish their videos.

Database of government consists of individual pages of the authorities and pages of the officers of any administrative-territorial unit of Land. Search of the authorities or officials is simple and easy to navigate – simply select administrative-territorial unit in any country and offers the whole range of authorities. On each page of the authorities and officials have the possibility of expressing the trust or mistrust of this government users of the system displaying the overall rating of public trust and contains the sections "Opinion", "Petition", "Person", "Promises" and "Candidates" are implemented as tabs.

Subsection "Views" will display the opinion of each person in the form of a comment that expressed trust or distrust.

The subsection, "Petition" includes all petitions addressed to the government body or official.

The subsection, "Person" will display a list of all officers of the authority.

Subsection "the Promise" will display the list of promises that a politician or official has ever sounded in their work or in the course of the campaign. Users will record and track the fulfillment of these promises.

Subsection "Candidates" will allow every system user to nominate his candidacy in the authority and conduct a full-fledged political campaign. The subsection will display a list of all the candidates. When nominating a user in any elected body information about the nomination and election account of the candidate will appear in all publications of the user in the blog entries, petitions, polls, events, videos.

The database was created so that every politician can be it will make once. However, he forever will remain in the archives of the system specifying the history of its activities, ratings of public trust and rating the performance of the promises made to all public posts.

The implemented system of "Policy-line" will allow people to:

• To get authorities at the local, regional, Federal and international level, the resolution of any significant issues with a number of unique features.
• To achieve the dismissal of the inefficient politicians.
• Independently move in the power of any level, regardless of their material well-being. To advance in the power of other effective politicians.
• To see public mood and opinion on any issue anywhere in the world.
• Conduct socio-political research of public opinion in any point of the world without the possibility of rigged results.

• To communicate people with each other on political topics.

The system will allow all levels of government, in any part of the world:

• To protect society from receiving false information.

If any state Agency does not appoint a representative in the online "Policy Online" and ignores the society, each user can complain on this issue to the higher management of such state Agency, until the international authorities.

REASON

Russian society and the societies of most countries of the world recently got a unique opportunity to influence the power through the democratic process – elections and referendums. With choice, people can choose their power for some period of time. This apparent progress in the development of mankind, but it is not necessary to forget and about the negative aspects of such a democracy.

Unfortunately, often, when these opportunities citizens can track the sincerity of the election programs of the candidates, choose their power, and after the election, elected officials forget all about campaign promises and act in their own selfish purposes. The company is facing after the election with total control of public organizations, media organizations studying public opinion. In such a situation, to people just not getting the real views of the majority on issues of society and actual ratings of public confidence in the authorities, and people become hostages of the system for many years.

Obviously, in the last decade, the company continues to develop and with the advent of global social networking, people have more opportunities to bring objective information and their opinions to the masses. These networks are developing and even the authorities themselves begin to create accounts.

It should be noted that with all the advantages of such a social activity, unfortunately, the process of Informatization of the society is chaotic and is accompanied by difficulties and limitations of functionals of information resources.

The randomness that your blog need to register on one site, to publish the video on the other, to create petitions on the third, etc., and single system, where you could have your account and to engage in political activities just yet.

The limitations of functionals that despite the informational development of modern society not a single portal has not yet appeared a single database containing pages of all the authorities on which it would be possible to Express trust or distrust and to advance the top-rated officials, or removal of low rating.
