Creation of a Tourist and business complex the village near Ufa

We invite You to participate in the project on creation and further operation of the Republican multifunctional complex "Golden Fires" (hereinafter — the Complex).

In the Republic of Bashkortostan, and in particular, its capital Ufa annually, several dozen Congress, exhibition, festival and sporting events interregional level.

In this regard, the obvious need for a hotel-restaurant complex with a capacity of 400 seats. The presence of a conference hall equipped with facilities makes this set universal.

The combination hotel-business infrastructure and recreation complex gives the subject increased the attractiveness and allows to broaden the range of services in different combinations.

Tasks of the Complex:

· implementation of a complex business and tourist and recreational services for participants and guests of conference and exhibition events, corporate trainings, special and festival events;

· dispatching the tourist traffic in the region, promotion of regional tourist product.

The main infrastructure components:

— Hotel-business centre "Golden Chicken": a Congress hall with 3 rooms of different sizes, a restaurant with 400 seats, total capacity of 160 places (hotel, guest houses);

Park active recreation: skating rink, Playground, Bicycle rental, skiing, Golf, tennis court,

— Residence: 75 estates–Offices of municipal areas, city districts, regions, States;

— Etnoturistic village Sodruzhestvo: 40 guest of estates (total capacity of 480 seats), 12 artisan households;

— Konno-a sports complex "Ajjgir": indoor arena, race track, stables for 50 goals

— Agriculture: vegetable growing, animal husbandry, fruit tree nurseries;

— Hunting: guest accommodation, stables, a garage for snowmobiles and quads, an enclosure for wild animals, the hunting grounds;

— Fish farm: fish farm fishing;

— Factory finished food products: manufacture of food products and semi-finished products from local raw materials;

— Residential village to 1300 houses.

Our company acts as the management company of this project. The project is being implemented on the land plot with an area of 205 hectares owned.

The cost of the Project (integrated) – 2550 million.

We suggest You consider the option of participation in the above project as a General investor:

— the size of the package investment: 400 million rubles,

— the share of the joint venture: 60%,

— project management (creation, maintenance):

— the key: the project land, the property of the company, including generated and purchased.
