JSC "the Market "southern" owns a plot of land from the category of land settlements in the city of Smolensk with a total area of 7644 m2 with fenced yard and separate entrance from the side of roslavlskoe shosse, 7 km (the first line). The return to the Investor of the loan in the amount of 70 000 000 (Seventy million) rubles will occur monthly due to get the management of profit of JSC "the Market "southern" (estimated maximum return period of 3 (Three) years).

The project initiator to complete the return to the Investor of the loan in the amount of 70 000 000 (Seventy million) rubles, will monthly receive from the management of profit of JSC "the Market "southern" of 200 000 (two Hundred thousand) rubles. After the return to the Investor of the loan in the amount of 70 000 000 (Seventy million) rubles project Initiator together with the Investor will be in equal shares to participate in the management of profit of JSC "the Market "southern".

The cost of purchasing additional properties in order to increase the territory of JSC "the Market "southern" the project Initiator and Investor are produced in equal proportions by providing an interest-free loan of JSC "the Market "South" for these purposes.

The opening of the universal retail market JSC "the Market "South" is scheduled for 01 October 2015.
