Production base for wood processing

Project description

Manufacture of radial lumber/poluradialny cut under the current export contract (country Poland).

Why is the production base for wood processing in the village of Ust-Kulom:

1. Working direct export contract with a large furniture factory (country Poland)

2. Existing contracts with suppliers of raw materials/timber (7 contracts)

3. Resource base (North pine) located from the production less than 80 km.

4. The stock of logs is huge.

5. Access roads to the industrial base of year-round asphalt road.

6. Own developed technological maps of cutting logs (Chief technologist of the base – Selyuk Sergey has experience in the field of woodworking for over 20 years)

7. 8 existing dryers by 33 cubic meters for drying the Board.

8. Capital structure at the base area of over 450 sq. m, which allows to establish an automatic line of wood processing.

9. Production capacity is 760 cub. m of ready products.
