2 Tr/Ha per year — rent. Cost 4 million p/year

The land will be used annually under the direction of the culture: the year of the sunflower (1000 Ha) year wheat (1000 Ha), in the third year of 2000 Hectares, divide into three parts 700 Ha: 2 x 700 sow sunflower and wheat, 700 — fallow, in the future there is a possibility to buy another farm 3600га.

The involvement of hired labor and equipment for planting, processing and harvesting:

Plowing Of 2000 Hectares. The price is 1250 $ /Ha. Cost 2, 5 mln. R.

Planting 2000 Hectares. The price is 250 p/Ha. Cost 0, 5 mln. R.

Cultivation/harrowing 2,000 Hectares. The price is 500 p/Ha. A value of 1, 0 mln. R.

Cleaning 2000 Hectares. The price of 1500 p/Ha. Cost 3, 0 mln. R.
