The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) — one of the largest regions of the country supplying domestic and foreign markets high-quality and varied commercial furs. High commodity quality furs in Yakutia contribute to the extreme climatic conditions of the region, which is nowhere in the world. The essence of the project — production, in terms of the cell contents, sable skins intended for export via the St. Petersburg international fur auction. Organization and development of sobrevilla in Yakutia will provide a sound basis for addressing the larger strategic goal – the establishment of an effectively evolving industry of fur farming in the North-East of the country, which will ensure the production of high quality furs for delivery to the world market. As well as increasing the number of sable skins cell production will be one of the conditions for preserving one of the valuable wild populations of sable in the region. There will be organized corresponding to the high-tech production using modern techniques and technologies. There will be a new principled approach and the motivation for a new model of development of farming in the country, including at the level of interregional cooperation, which the Federal Ministry of agriculture especially approve. My project contributes to the gross regional product (GRP) in the far Eastern Federal district. As you know from the media, in China, currently produces 15 million pieces of skins of fur animals, which is realized in Russia, and they intend to double this number. Then in the Central regions of Russia, where a temperate climate, will not be able to compete with them for the production of furs intended for consumer goods. In this case Russia will be able to compete in the fur market, producing high-quality furs, i.e. organizing the industrial production of cellular furs of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), where, thanks to the extreme climatic conditions there is no competition in the world, commercial quality commendable harvested here furs. As part of the development of economically important regional programs, me and a group of scientists developed Regional target Program "Organization of cell breeding Sables (sobolewska) in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2012-2016 gg and for the period till 2021". Developed a feasibility study. According to the results of 15 years of work to develop the technology of breeding small species of fur animals (mink and sable) in the conditions of Yakutia, the decision of ROSPATENT from 21.05 2015 FIPS (Moscow) issued patent No. 2564568 technology breeding of a sable in the North and registered in the state register of inventions of the Russian Federation 07.09.2015 G. (Patentee kickin P. G.) Development of sobrevilla in Yakutia can execute and reproductive areas in order to improve the commercial quality of commercial sable, including size, color, colors, that will help solve the problem of the further preservation of high commercial status of sable in Yakutia and other subjects of the far Eastern Federal district, which will contribute to a balanced and rational use of available resources in the district are wild sable. All of the above organizations provides basis for implementation of relevant projects in the staffing industry and in the field of research and development (R & d), including, jointly with the research Institute of the Russian Federation on the development of new, more valuable color types and subtypes of a sable. Efficient use of existing capacity, state support of the regional programme of the organization and development of sobrevilla in DFO, attraction of budgetary and off-budget investments will allow you to organize and develop highly profitable production of the cellular furs, in Yakutia.
