Project description

Installation SK-700-2KN, part of the small refinery is designed to separate oil or gas condensate distillation columns of Packed type with pre-heating in a tube furnace
with the aim of obtaining gasoline fraction, kerosene fraction, diesel fraction and black oil. The structure of the plant includes two units with total capacity of 320 thousand tons/year of raw material.
Further bringing the resulting products to Gostovskaya parameters is carried out on the unit of compounding is included in
infrastructure Molokans.

The company consists of the following facilities and units:
• Two units of atmospheric distillation of crude oil;
• Warehouse of raw materials and finished products;
• Loading / unloading of tank trucks and Railway tanks;
• Circulating water system;
• Nitrogen plant;
• Boiler room and individual heating unit;
• Laboratory-the household case;
• Engineering networks of water supply, Sewerage and technological communication;
• Flare facility;
• Transformer substation and a diesel generator.
Installation atmospheric distillation of crude oil – is intended for processing of oil and gas
condensate with the purpose of obtaining gasoline fractions, diesel fuel, furnace fuel and
fuel oil.

Installation atmospheric distillation of crude oil is composed of modern equipment: oven, electrical dehydrator, rectiecation columns, heat exchangers, electric pumps. In the process of distillation get diesel, diesel fuel and fuel oil.

The performance of the two units is 320 thousand tons of oil per year.
The warehouse of raw materials and finished goods consists of a tank farm, pumping, storage, W/d
loading / unloading trestle, pumping railway loading / unloading ramps, the discharge point
tankers, spark dispersion of hydrocarbon gases.
Boiler-individual heating station block type to provide the needs of the enterprise together with the district heating water. May be operated on fuel oil of own production and natural gas.
The laboratory refinery is designed to control the quality of products. Oil and
diesel fuel is tested more than ten parameters. Due to
plant program to improve quality control of petroleum products for the laboratory are purchased
latest laboratory equipment, the staff goes through a refresher course.

A diesel generator provides uninterrupted electricity company.

Economy, revenues, profitability

Estimated gross revenue from processing 1T. raw material is from 3000 RUB.
The performance of the refineries is 26, 6 thousand tons/month or 320тыс.tonnes/year. Accordingly, annual gross revenue will amount to 960 million.
With the deadline for commissioning — 2 years and the maximum power immediately after startup, the estimated payback period is 3 – 3.5 years.
