Pig farm for 630 sows

Project description

In the framework of the investment project is construction of pig farm for 630 sows. Pig-breeding complex will be located in the village of Kamyshovka Mainskaya district of the Ulyanovsk region.

The project proponent is LLC "rosagro", existing since 2003.

The area of land allocated under the pig farm is 36 hectares. the Land is in the ownership of "Rusagro".

The proposed project is planned on the allocated land to build from scratch a pig farm for 630 sows, equip it with necessary equipment and appliances.

The project is for the maintenance and reproduction of 630 productive sows. After reaching the design capacity the farm will produce more than 18,000 heads of fattening pigs, which is more than 2100 tons of pork meat category II.

The project will be the procurement of the most advanced to date equipment for the feeding and maintenance of pigs production company Agrotrust, Germany (trademark TEWE). The basis of the effectiveness of the project are:

— application technology of liquid feeding, which increases the efficiency of feed use and provides increased absorption 20-25%

— application of technology in rotary grinding (dispersing) of feed

— full automation of processes of feeding, maintenance of a microclimate

— samospravny waste system

The total investment in the project will amount to about 500 million rubles. As of 01.03.15 G., LLC "rosagro" invested in the project of 50 million rubles of its own funds.

The following works were made:
— Purchased the property a land area of 36 hectares
— developed complex project
— examination of project
— received technical conditions for gas, electricity
— obtained construction permit
— made the horizontal layout of the site (excavation work on the project is 80% complete)
— the foundations and the walls 5 of the main production building, feed building, galleries and ABA (a total area of over 11,000 sq m)

-a warehouse a total area of 2000sq m with a degree of readiness of 90%
— made entry of water (drilled wells, installed pumping equipment, laid water pipes 600m)

-there is evidence on the ownership of the unfinished building (all constructed buildings)

-negotiations with all major suppliers and contractors
