Project description
The project involves the expansion of existing production of building blocks from cellular concrete of autoclave hardening. It is proposed to retrofit an existing processing line equipment for pressing the partition blocks. The proposed production units is a complete analogue of the partition of silicate blocks for interroom and interroom partitions for housing.
In the presence of the existing plant, most of the equipment for the project, all the energy resources (gas, steam, electricity, water), proven technology, competent team, broad customer base.
Market analytics
In 2013 in Saint-Petersburg built 2, 6 million m2 of housing — 989 homes (data DP No. 021 in 2014), a large part of the housing relates to the economy. The volume of construction materials for the arrangement of the partitions amounted to 1-1, 5 million m3. Despite the crisis in construction, in the near future, the need to partition the units will not be less than 1 million cubic meters per year. All existing facilities in the northwestern Federal district provide only 40% of the demand of builders to certified insulating blocks. In connection with the tightening of building codes in residential construction need to partition the blocks will grow on 10-12% per year
The uniqueness of the project
