Sturgeon farming and black caviar

Currently the project is under implementation. Built the main building, grown fish.

The project provides:

1/ farming of sturgeon in RAS (recirculating system) with the aim of obtaining food caviar up to 3 tons annually, not only during the spawning period, and continuously during the year.

2/ processing of own-grown and purchased specially for fish products for sale. Under processing I mean: Smoking, salting, canning, manufacture of semi-finished products.

The pools are located in a warm room, the temperature is maintained year-round 23-25 degrees. This ensures maximum growth rate of sturgeon fishes all 12 months.
