Biometric diagnostic system (BDIS)

This project is part of the project "Multifunctional Biometric System (BMS)". Declared amount of investments required for the implementation of the 1st (initial) stage of the project conclusion on the world market, international patenting, evaluation of intellectual property items, obtaining of investment on the main stage (clinical trials of new diagnostic areas, upgrading services, etc.).

The project will be executed jointly with the company "ELSIS" (St.-Petersburg) in the same team, with the involvement of third parties as contractors.

The result of the initial phase of work will create an international company — operator of the diagnostic system, will be received by the investment milestone. Will continue clinical trials of a biometric diagnostic method other groups of cancer and other diseases. Be filed applications for the registration of international patents (PCT), copyrights and know-how.

Are written marketing and evaluation reports of intellectual property (IP), business plan.

To be defined base of potential customers, relationships with diagnostic centres — users of the system, etc.

Project documents (business plan, feasibility study) will be discussed and agreed upon with the investor.

The market for such diagnostic techniques is not yet available, but the method has successfully passed clinical trials and is ready for its development in the medical commercial product. Identified during testing General patterns of diagnosis for different groups of cancer and other diseases, will in the progress of the proposed project give rise to a new medical diagnosis.

The uniqueness of the project consists of the following:1) creation of the system of diagnostics of oncological diseases in the precancerous stage when there are no external manifestations of the disease (pain, indurations, tumors, etc.) on the basis of ALREADY proven method.2) the Method defines the appearance and development of symptoms, even when it is not detected by x-ray, MRI, ultrasound or biomarkers in the blood.3) Modernized method will allow you to run diagnostics regularly (at least several times a day) in the subscription self-service on your home computer, which should be a Web-camera and downloaded the special software. Mean self-removal indicators using the camera and sending via the Internet to specialists for analysis, attached service clients.4) Simple user interface allows you to work with this program for unprepared users.5) Conclusions of experts, using this method will have a reliable recommendation. Intercepting timely initial alarming changes, they will be able to refer our clients for further laboratory studies in order to start the treatment or prevention of disease.

The residential complex of the project (documentation, technical devices, etc., etc.) will be offered to a group of international banks from Southeast Asia as collateral intangible assets (intellectual property) under the investment or obtaining loans for the implementation of the main phase of the project.In addition, because of the amount of investment the main stage, will be repaid the stated investment amount initial phase of the project. It is also possible the implementation of the patents (applications) that comes with the PCT or the granting of an exclusive license with payment at the contract price with a discount based on the appraised value of the OIS project.

To determine the number of potential customers and work with them (especially price) will be made an order for the execution of complex of works under the contract with Russian market research Institute (VNIKI, Moscow). Will marketing research of international markets, business, drafting a business plan according to the international standard UNIDO, evaluation, OIC international standard MSO 1-4. On the basis of these work done will be made of the offer specialized medical companies which will be devised biometric diagnostic services.
