CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX "BALTIC" & LCD", NEW RIGA"

Project description

Integrated development of land plots located on the border of the regional center of the city of Pskov, with a total area of 63, 33 GA.

For this project it is planned construction: LCD "BALTIC" high-rise (9 floors) residential houses and public buildings, RC "Novaya RIGA" low-rise (2-4 floors) residential houses and public buildings.

The outskirts of the city of Pskov Riga highway, in the Western part of the city. Around the site the construction of new high-rise and low-rise residential areas. The planned commissioning of the 140 000 m2 of housing and 60,000 m2 of commercial real estate. The project implementation is 9 years old. This is the main territorial development of the city! Convenient location, the site is located on the first line next to the Riga highway — the only road out of town in the direction of the EU countries Latvia and Estonia and the cities: Izborsk and Pechory (tourist centers of the Pskov region). Opposite the site is a hypermarket "LENTA" near "ICE PALACE" and "SWIMMING POOL".

Joint implementation project can be considered as investment funding for the entire project or funding for individual phases and buildings.
