Project description

The project provides year-round production of the following highly liquid products with new consumer properties:

Black Caviar from sturgeon, packing in glass jars of 50 Gr. shelf life of up to 90 days, the average price – 1600 rubles;

— Balyk of sturgeon, in a plastic tray with MGS, the preservation of not less than 40 days, the weight of the product packaged in 100 G, the average price – 180 rubles;

— Strawberries, in plastic tray with MGS, the safety of fresh of not less than 20 days, the weight of the product packaged in 500 G, the average price of 98 rubles.

— Tomatoes, in a plastic tray with MGS, keeping fresh for at least 70 days, the weight of the product packaged in 500 G, the average price – 35 RUB.;

— Natural strawberry powder juice, in a metallized plastic bag, shelf life at least 24 months, weight 15 Gr. the average price – 18 rubles;

— Natural tomato juice powder, metalized polyethylene sachet, shelf life at least 24 months, weight 15 Gr. the average price is 15 rubles;

— Pepper, in a plastic tray with MGS, the safety of fresh of not less than 20 days, the weight of the product packaged in 500 G, the average price – 35 RUB.;

— Eggplant in a plastic tray with MGS, the safety of fresh of not less than 20 days, the weight of the product packaged in 500 G, the average price – 35 RUB.

The project envisages, depending on seasonal market demand, in addition to process fresh fish products and berry-vegetable products in the following natural canned food, dry juices and fast food:

— Natural carrot juice powder, metalized plastic bag, packing weight 15 Gr.;

— Natural Apple juice powder, weight pack 15g. in a metallized plastic bag; Strawberry and Apple natural juice powder, packing weight 15 Oz., in a metallized plastic bag;

— Carrot-Apple natural juice powder, packing weight 15 Oz., in a metallized plastic bag;

Dry natural mashed potatoes, packing weight 250 Gr., in a metallized plastic bag;

Dry natural onions, for cooking first and second courses, a weight of 100 Gr., in a metallized plastic bag;

Dry natural carrots, for cooking first and second courses, a weight of 100 Gr., in a metallized plastic bag.

Canned food: Sturgeon in own juice, package of 150 Gr. – lamister;

— Sturgeon in own juice, package of 150 Gr. – lamister;

Sturgeon in tomato sauce, package of 150 Gr. – lamister;

— Sturgeon in tomato sauce, package of 150 Gr. – lamister; Tomatoes in own juice packaging: 500 Gr. – lamister; — Lecho (sweet Pepper in Tomato sauce), packing 500 Gr. – lamister; — Eggplant fried with bell Peppers in Tomato sauce, packing 500 Gr. – lamister; — Vegetable salad (Tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper, Eggplant, Carrot, Onion), pack of 500 Gr. – lamister;

— Strawberries in their own juice, pack of 500 Gr. – lamister.
