The aim of the project:

1. To provide enterprises and citizens with quality tires. For comfortable and safe movement.

2. To reduce the dependence on imported goods and to increase loyalty through its product prices.

3. To establish a Russian production and production of rubber and tire products under our own brand name "SIBSHINA". With further access to World markets.

4. Start the first factory in Russia for production of tyres for Large-dimensional transport, which has no analogues in Russia.

Project description:

The construction of a modern plant is planned in the SFO district, close to Major mining companies in the country. The construction of the plant takes place in three stages: the First stage is the production of tires KGS in volume (5000/year) and cars (2 000, 0 thousand units/year). The second phase of the automobile (1 500 0 thousand PCs./year.), truck (600, 0 thousand units/year). And the third place truck (600, 0 thousand units/g.)

Economic indicators of the project:

The construction of the plant according to preliminary calculations, will cost 600 000, 0 thousand USD ( at the exchange rate on 6.07.16 is 39 000 000, 0 thousand rubles). divided into three parts as of the start of each turn. The project payback period is 4-5 years in the plant working at full capacity. Primereniya revenue from sale for 5 years will amount to 175 000 000, 0 thousand.

The design phase :

1. At this stage the company "Sibline" has established a working group for the study and promotion of this project. 7. Prepared the terms of reference for the Yaroslavl design Institute to prepare the Feasibility study, Design estimates.

8. Conducted negotiations with Investment companies and Venture capital funds. Obtained consent for participation in this project.

9. Work with the Subjects of the Russian Federation, the Regional departments for the provision of plots for construction of Tyre plant.

Funding for the project:

Funding is planned through private investment, Project Financing, State support, Loans.

The duration of the project:

The construction of the first part takes 2 years to release the first product. Further 2nd stage, increases the plant capacity by installing additional equipment 1yr. And the 3rd stage output of the plant at full capacity for 1 year. Total full capacity of the plant comes to the 4th year of this project.
