The aim of the project is the creation of a construction company with its own production of construction materials.

It is planned to produce the following construction materials:

– blocks of polystyrene;

– permanent formwork cutting method;

– permanent formwork molding method;

– thermal panels;

– flexible roofing material;

– "sevel-blocks".

The volume of construction works, which plans to carry out the company is about 2500 square meters per year (with no internal finishing).

Implementation of the project will occur in two stages. The first stage begins the production of blocks of expanded polystyrene, a fixed timbering and "sevel-blocks". Through four quarters, run lines for the production of thermal panels and flexible roofing material.

Association of construction companies and companies producing materials allows to reduce the cost of construction works due to release materials out of production at a price that is significantly below market. In addition, the use of permanent formwork makes it possible to reduce construction time, which allows you to build a 8x10 building (excluding interior decorating) for three weeks and to increase the amount of work per month.

Production area includes a 200 m2 closed space and 700 m2 open area.
