THE ESSENCE OF THE PROJECT:

Use of the existing building at the address: Seversk, 16 Pine St., 9 building into a hotel complex. Create a guest complex is required for comprehensive care and delivery of services and events for guests and residents of the municipality.

THE CURRENT STATE OF THE OBJECT

Object: "Building No. 9" 16 Pine street is located in the neighborhood of "Sosnovka" in a picturesque forest, close to sports facilities, "amber": at a distance of 600-800 meters in a straight line from the object and 1200 meters on the road with asphalt pavement from the bus stop "Mikrorayon "Sosnovka".

Currently, the facility has already carried out work partial reconstruction into a hotel complex, namely:

— received technical conditions;

— conducted public hearing;

— has all of the documentation authorizing the use of land for construction of hotels;

— availability of utilities (heating network, water, electricity);

— made the outline of the building, the heat input unit;

— signed the decree of the Head of administration of ZATO Seversk:

No. 1172 dated 20.05.2014, "On provision of land for reconstruction";

No. 739-R 24.06.2014 g. "On approval of the development plan of land plot: Seversk, 16 Pine St., building 9".
