The aim of the project is social adaptation and rehabilitation of disabled persons in wheelchairs and their families, through the construction of the property, calculated in terms of its capacity for 63 guests with organization of services: Spa complex, bath complex, the organization of the on-site trattoria, excursion services, organization massage, etc.

The guest house provides an outdoor Seating Valet Parking for twenty cars.

The guest house will be built in an ecologically clean area in the vicinity of water — on the first line of the Neva river or lake.

Guest house "Expanse" is intended to increase the deficit in the hotel market segments — guest house, adapted to accommodate wheelchair users.

The problem of lack of placement in the sedentary groups of the population affects all the major cities of Russia, including Saint Petersburg.

In St. Petersburg the number of disabled people is constantly increasing due to the aging and injury by 7-10% each year. In addition, Saint Petersburg is one of the most visited cities in Russia, including tourists, who are wheelchair users.

It is assumed that the guest house "the Expanse" will take guests on wheelchairs from other countries. This will provide additional income and offer the disabled of the Russian Federation accommodation services at lower cost.

Guest complex "Expanse" will be built on a land area of 3000-5000 square meters. The project involves the construction of one-storey houses with an attic floor. The number of rooms is 18 rooms of which 10 rooms with maximum occupancy of 4 persons, 7 rooms with maximum occupancy of three persons and one double room. All rooms provided by the device: wide door openings for all types of wheelchairs, functional beds, folding ramps, individual lighting, a Minibar and a TV. 10 room provides bathrooms with shower.

On the first floor of a planned unit Spa, trattoria for 50 seats, a fitness room, which will be fully adapted for people in wheelchairs, with direct access to the terrace and BBQ area.

The land plot is planned carrying out of works on landscape design, the device is equipped Playground, pavilions, as well as the construction of several single-storey and two Russian baths.
