Funds needed to purchase equipment and start a new direction in the current organization. The project is in collaboration with the managing companies (utilities, etc.) in terms of organization of work with debtors on repayment of the debt. The negotiations revealed a potential willingness to cooperate more than 25 organizations — the total number of debtors according to preliminary data of the study is about 7000.
