The essence of the project is to create a mobile optometric center is designed to provide professional diagnosis and vision correction.

Mobile laboratory equipped with a full range of diagnostic equipment for eye tests and selection of appropriate means of vision correction and equipment for rapid manufacture of glasses can move and implement a vision screening among residents of disadvantaged, remote and rural areas, pensioners, the disabled and other socially vulnerable categories of the population.
