I offer for consideration for investment in the construction of the processing plant.

The investor receives 80-90% of the shares or sell (100%).

South Oshkotynskoye Deposit of primary kaolins is in Dombarovsky district, Orenburg region .

The coordinates of the conventional center South Escotismo field: 55о 40/ 00// North latitude, 59о 50/ 00// East longitude.

In accordance with the licence area of a mining lease – 168 hectares, the average thickness of the productive strata – 12, 7 m, average overburden – 2, 1 meter.

SRC MNR Protocol No. 693, dated 16.11.2001., approved reserves of kaolin raw South Escotismo deposits in categories C1 + C2 (appraisal stage) in the amount of 38 494, 4 thousand tons.

Field sizes within the assessment loop: a length of 2 800m., width 300 – 1 600 m., when the average power of the productive series – 12, 7m. and an average overburden – 2, 1m.

Normal kaolin YUUMK are complex mineral raw material for production of kaolin concentrate for a number of consumers.

Chemical composition of kaolin raw (normal kaolin)

SiO2: 66 to 73 %; Al2O3 - 18-22%; Fe2O3– 0, 5 – 0, 7%; TiO2 – 0, 07-0, 16 %; CaO – 0, 05-0, 16%; K2O – 0, 05-0, 1%.

The mineral composition of kaolin raw (normal kaolin)

Kaolinite – 45-50%; quartz – 48-52%; microcline – 1-2%;

Muscovite – 1-3%; other - 1-2%.
