Greenhouse complex in the Crimea

The concept of the business plan of a hothouse complex in the Crimea for growing vegetables:

There is a land – steppe part of the Crimea — 128 hectares in private ownership.

There are proven reserves of thermal waters with t =up to 75C, which will reduce energy costs.

The project involves the construction of a modern automated greenhouse complex using energy efficient technologies (heated by heat from the thermal source) for the cultivation of cucumbers, tomatoes, total area of 100 hectares.

The first stage of 20 ha with the subsequent completion of construction (100 ha) for seven years.

The necessary loan or investment in the first greenhouse unit 6N of 20 hectares

from the calculation of the "greenhouse turnkey" — 12 000 RUB/ sq. m. * 60 000 sq. m. (6 hectares) = 720, 000, 000.

Further development of the project by reinvesting profits.

Products:

In the greenhouse complex is planned to grow the following crops:

· Cucumbers; the average value of collection — 80 kg/m (fee per year)

· Tomatoes; the average value of the collection — 60 kg/m (fee per year)

· The average volume of the collection of 60 000 (6N) * 70kg = 4 200

· The average cost of summer and winter for 1 kg = 70rub * 4 200 000 kg = 294, 000, 000.

· Amount of income of the 1st phase (20 ha in the fourth year) will be:

· 294 000 000 + 588 000 000 + 882 000 000 = 1 764 000 000 RUB ( 28 000 000 $ )

The planned volume of production at the first stage on the rise (three years) up to 25 000 tons, which allows (in the case of a loan) to pay interest and principal loans and continue to Fund the project independently.
