PLANNING CASH FLOW:

The launch of the project will be carried out no later than 3 months after the fundraiser at the site of Simex. Dividend investors will start to pay at the end of the second month after launch, and this month we give for the payment of 80% of net profit, what will block the first month of work, which was not accompanied by the payment of dividends. And every next month according to the payment plan is 50/50 (50% — investors, 50% of the company).

With an average check of 200 rubles. and bandwidth of 800 people a day on average, we plan to: 200 x 800 = 160.000 RUB./day. (traffic 800 person/day calculated flow 700 people/hour, took 10% of the total traffic: 700 / 10 = 70 people * 12 hours = 840 person/day)

When the chart of the daily work, we get: 30 x 160.000 = 4.800.000 rubles gross income in a month.

Subtracting from gross income monthly expenses we get:

4.800.000 – 3 098.000 = 1.702.000 rubles a month.

The planned income of the enterprise: 1.702.000 RUB/month in autumn, winter, and spring (academic year).

In bad months (approximately 6 months of the year), the revenues will probably fall in half, so the profit will be: 1.702.000 / 2 = 851, 000.

Let us assume for the error in the calculations and force majeure coefficient — 1/1, 5 profits:

in the summer months: 851 000 /1, 5 = 567 333 RUB

in favourable periods 1 702 000 / 1, 5 = 1 134 667 RUB

We are ready to share with investors 50% of net profit institution, i.e. the average for the year:

(567.333 + 1 134.667) / 2 = 851.000 RUB * 50% = investors 425.500 rubles a month. The estimated profit of the investors will be min 5.072% per month, or 60.87%. Maximum estimated payback period for the investor: 19-24 months.

We have submitted to Your court the most pessimistic forecast of income in our project. However, in our plans to buy, wanting to sell their shares and recoup in our project no later than 18 months.

Downtown and neighborhood with NSU by themselves will provide close to the projected traffic. Brand new service in the system of public catering, spacious, light room with a cozy hall, dishes from restaurant chefs, reasonable prices, working hours from 11-00 to 23-00, advertising actions — all this will help in the short term to serve more than 800 visitors a day. We are able to maintain creative teams, sports teams coming in town for traditional cultural and sporting events of regional, zonal and Russian scale, in summer children's Playground and labour camps high school students.

The automation system aiiko will ensure transparency of all cash transactions.

A new format for our bar-market possible to scale in Novosibirsk and in the opening one — two places per year, thereby increasing the company's value, which if necessary, can be sold.
