Currently in the Russian Federation is a mass preparation for the 21st World football Championship which will pass in cities of Russia.

This leads to great interest in the regions to the creation of football centres of the new formation: in modern complexes, with the coaches and techniques developed for Amateur soccer in the tradition of the classic "St. Petersburg" school.

As a standard underlying the Regional project assume a generic set of solutions for design, creation and ekspluatatsionnogo Centre – major indoor sports complex, with 3футбольными fields with a total area of 3000 m2.

Conditions on the commencement and completion of the Project

All Regional Projects are ready to simultaneous realization beginning in the first half of 2017 with the introduction of FTS in operation during 2018. When you run in these terms the peak of the financial burden on investors will be in the middle 2017года (ordering equipment and start construction work on the object). The duration of the project the Estimated lifetime of the FTS — 10 years as the service life of frame tent structures is 10-17 years.

Necessary volume of investments into a single Regional model projectactivities 50 million rubles.

The output of the Partner Programs and GC "features" of Regional Projects going on in any agreed option:

• selling part of shares to the interested investor with maintaining participation in the Project (in the form of shareholders and partners (government, construction, service);

• selling 100% of shares to interested investors (full output).
