Project description

Construction of the 1st stage of the factory of edible mushrooms on the territory of Samara region in the Kinel district, on a plot of 7, 6 Hectares, with a capacity of 7 tons of mushrooms per day.Start of construction — January 2016.The term of commissioning and start of production in may – June 2017.At the expense of own means of the founder conducted the following activities:

1. Design work
2. Geophysical and geological work
3. Planning areas 7, 6 ha
4. Built and put into operation the main production building of 5,600 sq. m. shop the raw 1200 sq. m. administrative office 460 sq. m. boiler house 300 sq. m. the Data of production and domestic premises transferred to the NPO Biogrin market value 303 million RUB.
5. Access roads, internal roads and technological platforms.
6. Summed up the high-voltage power line 2 200 m, power 2, 5 MW
7. Constructed fence around the perimeter of the site, exterior lighting, sewage system and water supply

All the above assets will be reflected on the balance sheet at market value in the 1st quarter of 2017. The project is at the final stage.All construction work is fully completed.Commercial Bank (OOO) "New Age" funded within the existing limit on one borrower, 140 million rubles for the purchase of equipment and construction of production facilities of the factory under 19% per annum for 2, 5 years under the guarantee of the main production building is 5 600 sq. m. and other real estate owned by the founder of OOO "NPO Biogrid".Total project cost — RUB 493 million currently under installation of technological equipment. All major equipment has been ordered and prepaid in accordance with the supply contracts. Equipment in the bulk production of the Russian Federation, the production of Belarus, Italy, Germany, Ireland and Turkey.The project is significant in the line of import substitution, because 87% of the mushrooms imported into the Russian Federation.The production is environmentally friendly, waste-free. Of spent substrate (artificially prepared soil for growing mushrooms) to количестве15 t/day the company plans to produce fuel briquettes, pallets and environmentally friendly naturally destructible packaging for various goods. Plot of 7, 6 Hectares and the main technological areas (workshop for receiving, filling, substrate, power and gas power) designed and built with a view to expand production to 50 tons driverstudio cultivated mushrooms a day.Currently running factory's laboratory, and the company started production and sales of spawn (mushroom seed material) in amounts necessary to service the Bank loan. Some of the species of fungi, in particular eringi, which is currently not grown in Russia, focused on export sales and obtaining foreign exchange earnings. The company is currently engaged in design work for design of 3 additional buildings, a semi-products shop on the same land, and 3 growth areas in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and Ekaterinburg for the increased production up to 50 tons driverstudio cultivated mushrooms per day. For these tasks have been negotiated with the networks Magnit and Auchan to implement using them fresh and frozen products "NPO Biogrin". The founder owns the current modern pig farm.To complete the construction and launch of the production requires additional financing in the amount of 120 million rubles to the enterprise is of interest refinancing of an existing loan of 140 million rubles in the Bank, New Century, a smaller percentage and for a longer period.
