The existing technology of production of ammonia, methanol, hydrogen and their derivatives requires an intermediate, energy-consuming (up to 70 % of the total cost of energy) the stage of producing synthesis gas, the raw material for which is natural gas. The proposed technology allows at the stage of conversion of synthesis gas of the same volume of raw materials to the advanced!!! power from 1, 5 to 2, 0 KWh of electricity per Kg of natural gas being processed. Modern units consume ammonia gas to 20 Kg/H, which will produce 1 244 160 000 KWh of electricity per year without the cost of additional natural gas and without compromising on productivity of main chemical product.
