The construction of the private cottage neighborhood, the houses blocked type (townhouse). In high-tech style (concrete and glass) (subject to change).

The project envisages construction of two-storey houses with a mansard roof and a street car port.

According to the preliminary project the total number of houses from 56 to 65, including 12 homes ranging from 150 to 200 m2, the remaining from 95 to 120 m2

The cost of a house area of 120 m2 will be up to 2 500 000 rubles.

The location of the plot:

To downtown 20 minutes to the entrance of the city 5 minutes (by car)

Ecologically clean area:

near the site there are no large factories or production bases, which creates a favorable environment and fresh air;

Good road access:

· on one side of the plot is an asphalted road, along the plot flows the river (from the river to the station complied with the sanitary zone is 20 meters);

Own railway branch line, equipment (dump trucks, concrete mixers, forklift, crane) and various small construction equipment.

Workshop for production of PVC Windows, sawmill.
