• Operating business: production of bricks and facade tiles.

Proposal:

Investing in the current enterprise is 15 mln. R. with the entry into the founders with a share of 25%. The profitability of investments made is estimated at 20-25% per annum. The term return on investment 4 to 5 years.

Property complex.

— production complex, which includes production (1 000 sqm) and office space (110 sq. m.),

— two production lines with a total capacity of 300 thousand pieces of bricks per month by working in two shifts;

— auxiliary equipment: a forklift, the manipulator;

— accessories: pipeline, retrival, hopper, etc.

All said property is owned, its cost is 31 mln. R. the Market value of the enterprise is estimated at 65 mln. R.

Range of products:

— facing half hollow smooth-face brick (height 88 mm),

— facing single-core smooth-face brick (height 65 mm),

— rotirovalsya single brick (surface "broken stone" and "rock"),

— facade tiles (surface "broken stone").

The uniqueness of the production:

the highest strength and frost resistance of products,

— perfect geometry of a brick,

— stable color characteristics,

— the ability to produce brick of wide color range,

— manufacture of bricks with a textured surface "broken stone" and "rock",

— the only enterprise in the region producing brick for Bavarian masonry.

For the period 2013 – 2016, the company was able to successfully gain a foothold in the construction market among the big suppliers. From our brick built several high-rise residential buildings than we have proven its ability to deliver significant volumes of quality products to tight deadlines at competitive prices. The main buyers of the products are private developers, i.e. individuals leading their own development, a significant part of becoming a legal entity for high-rise construction.

The company plans for this year, the objective is to confidently promote the products in the construction market, the launch of the second production line, the yield on dusmanii work schedule. Also planned to complete the construction of household and office space at the industrial complex.

Given that in these markets the bulk of the bricks has an average or below average quality, as well as the shift in consumer demand towards products of higher quality, scarcity and high prices, the start of production of our company for the Bavarian brick masonry, which has no competitors in our region, it's safe to say that these goals are achievable.
