Our vision the main strategy of development is the organization efficient, competitive company, with high standards of work organization and production logistics, which, in turn, is based on a clear understanding of market needs, modern equipment, knowledge and experience in this field and development of employees. The positioning of the plant as a high-tech, modern production with a high degree of automation of production processes. For a decent functioning in the segment of transport engineering us following events are planned:

— Creation and promotion of a unique, recognizable brand; — Formation of positive image of the product and the company as a whole; — Direct sales by own sales Department;

— At the initial stage (2-3 years), awareness of the product, the planned creation of a dealer network for sales of equipment; — Participation in specialized exhibitions and presentations for economic forums;

— Advertising campaigns in the media and specialized publications;

— Create your own website and its promotion in search engines; — Registration in leading electronic trading venues and the participation in tenders and public procurement.

— Organization of "home exhibitions" at the factory, and touring the production to potential customers;

— Promotion of the activities of the plant and the industry in General amongst students and young people with involvement of specialists from among the graduates of engineering faculties of Universities and secondary specialized educational institutions; — In the short term operation of the plant (1, 5-2years) – creation of own leasing companies for sales promotion of products;

— Participation in the state program of support of Russian producers under the program of Ministry of industry and trade (10% subsidies purchase of domestic equipment);

— Participation in the state's recycling program (offset of old equipment as partial payment for new equipment — “Trade-in”).
