The products, which will be marketed in Western Siberia, is the highest grade milk.

Due to the lack of raw milk for processors Siberia, sales at processing plants can find milk of any quality. But the price of this milk will depend on its quality and quantity. Buyers are additional surcharges to the price – allowance for fat, and allowance for protein. Milk of our project is high quality, top grade. Its price by itself is at a maximum, and a premium does the premium. Another important factor for the processor – the volume and stability of the scope of delivery. Of course, in conditions of shortage of raw materials demanded any amount, however, desirable are the large suppliers. Major producers are supplying not less than 5 tons of milk per day. The scope of supply of our farm after reaching the design capacity of 24 tons per day.

The competitive environment is practically absent. The competition takes place among processors to purchase raw milk. Thus, the supply of the products of our farm are expected and welcome at any processing plant in Western Siberia.

The raw milk market is experiencing a significant lack of and inability to keep up with the growing demand for finished dairy products. Along with the increase in the consumption of dairy products since the early 90-ies is the decline in production of raw milk as in Russia in General and Siberia in particular. Everywhere are opening a new dairy farms and converted old cannot reverse this trend because, first, they open a few, and secondly, the fall in milk production in the remaining farms covers the growth from these new. And Altai Krai, and Novosibirsk oblast, is no exception. To replace the growing market demand for finished dairy products, rising sales producers from other regions, and large Federal company (Wimm-bill-Dann and Danone) of its products to Siberian market are forced to produce in other regions. The consumption of milk only two major milk processing enterprises of Barnaul – JSC "Barnaul dairy plant" and JSC "Lakt" amounts to 200-300 tons of milk per day, and in addition to them in almost every region of the province (including the group of "the Capital of milk") is a recycler. The production volume of raw milk in the Altai region is 1 800 tons per day in winter and 2 200-2 700 tons per year. Milk noticeably missing all the processors, so the growth rates over the last few years is 15-16% per year and this trend in the next 5-7 years will be unchanged. As for milk of the highest grade, then there is none on the market. Yurakova M. Y. in 2013, OOO "Siberian bulls" managed to improve milk quality to premium (better the highest grade according to GOST). This milk was supplied to the company "Danone" in g Kemerovo for the production of baby food.

The project is innovative because foresees the introduction of innovative technologies and products in all business areas of the Project: forage, dairy farming, using animal waste.

In this feature of the project is locating production in close proximity to the large city of Barnaul (30 km). The purpose of such placement two:

1. To ensure accessibility to quality of staff, residing in the city. It is no secret that modern agriculture is no different staff discipline and productivity.
2. To provide transport accessibility for customers – processing enterprises that will allow to sell raw milk to the highest bidder.

In addition, for the implementation of the project according to the second embodiment, it is also possible to use this scheme to place MTF in close proximity, for example, to Novosibirsk or even in the city.
