The construction of the child development Center in the Leningrad region.

At this point in the Vsevolozhsk district of Leningrad region (settlement Koltushi) there are 5 kindergartens. This number does not meet the needs of the residents.

Among the inhabitants of the Country complex sociological research on the relevance of the CBD. The study showed, even with incomplete settling ZK (populated with 1, 2 and partially 3, 4 queues), residents of the rural estate have a positive attitude to this building and are interested in visiting the CBD with children. There is also the possibility of attracting residents of neighboring cottage settlements to visit the CBD.

The construction of country complex "Azure lake" (further — LC) in the framework of its infrastructure was planned the organization of preschool children's institutions, however, the project still was not realized. Taking into account the lack of childcare facilities on site and nearby housing developments, today we can speak about monopolisation of the market of such services in this district.

At the moment there is a land of social orientation size of 32 acres, on which is planned the construction of the child development Center.

CBD involves several directions: private kindergarten full time and part time care for children from 1, 5 to 5 years; educational classes for children from 10мес. up to 7 years.

CBD will help your child to acquire the necessary at his age, knowledge, and skills.

Programme CBD:

1. Group (from 9.00 to 18.00) and incomplete (from 9.00 to 13.00) stay for children from 1, 5 to 5 years (a mini garden).

2. Program of early development of children from 10 months. up to 3 years sensory-manipulative technique "Kid and Mom".

3. Music and sports activities for children from 10 months to 3 years, "Music for Baby".

4. Programs for children from 3 years old: Count it and Read on, Music Studio, Games English, Dance Studio.

5. Programs for preschoolers from 5 to 7 years.
