Project description

Nearing completion of the construction of a highway Surgut-Salekhard, therefore there is a need in infrastructure development of the object.

LLC "Krona" proposes to implement a project on construction of integrated database services (ADS) automobiles (including trucks), near a highway Surgut-Salekhard, within the city limits of the city of Nadym.

The draft GER includes :

-a car wash for cars (two posts) and trucks (one post);

-service and repair of cars(franchise)

-tire shop;

cafe (2nd floor); possible deductible

hostel (mini-hotel).

Building a base of comprehensive services is a lightweight metallokonstrukciy of lsts, which is easily installed on a prepared site.

The uniqueness of this design is the ability to function autonomously from the centralized networks of sewage, water and heating. The building is made of metallokarkas, floor of concrete or metal, collapsible walls and roof, insulated cold-resistant and slow-burning materials, the gate of lifting and sectional. On installation and start of operation will take 25-35 days.
