Coworking workshop, or public workshop is a creative space where anyone can use the equipment and tools to perform projects with their hands. In this workshop children and adults can develop their own products, prototypes, working with wood, metal, plastic, electronics. Members of coworking, also can exchange experience and ideas, and to create training programs, conduct master classes.

The concept of the open creative workshop contributes to the achievement of new and exciting things on their own. In a coworking workshop is an exchange of opinions and generation of new ideas through interactions between parties.

The essence of business is renting of workplaces, equipment and tools abonements program. There are several levels of subscriptions: 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week and 1 month. The additional income eliminates the risks of downtime of major equipment and ensured by the following solutions:

hourly lease a CNC mill and a 3D printer;

— conduct training courses for working at woodworking machines;

— master-classes on manufacturing of different Handicrafts;

— execution of orders from third-party organizations and individuals for a CNC milling, the manufacture of joinery.

The initial investment of 1, 5 million rubles necessary for the purchase of equipment, tools and tooling, as well as to create a reserve Fund covering expenses for the first three months of work. A feature of this business is the low level of operating costs related to costs of electricity consumed by electrical equipment. The low level of operating costs coupled with good profitability, ensuring high profitability. The investment provides for the principle of the loan at interest. The planned volume of borrowings: 1, 5 million rubles. Return on investment is envisaged within 3 years in equal installments on a monthly basis with delay of payments for at least the first three months after starting the business.
